For
more than 30 years, ACP has built up a first class reputation as
a metal surface finisher, supporting the Aerospace, Bio-Medical, Consumer Electronics, Optical, Ordnance and Semi-Conductor
sectors in Singapore.
Current
major customers include Amtek, Diethelm, Hamilton Sundstrand, Honeywell,
IAT, MOOG, ODE, Philips, Qioptiq, Singapore Aerospace Manufacturing,
SIA Engineering and the ST group. It offers various surface finishing
processes according to established standards or customer specifications.
Today ACP operates with 170 trained personnel in Joo Koon Circle,
Singapore.

1981 |
The
company was founded as a plating business at a small workshop
in Woodlands. |
1986 |
The
first anodizing line for ordnance components was established
at ACP's Jalan Terusan factory. |
1987 |
The
first hard anodizing was commissioned. |

ACP
moved to larger premises at No. 6 Joo Koon Circle. |

Achieved

1996 |
Started
anodizing aerospace components for Messier-Dowty Singapore
(formerly known as Singapore Aerospace Manufacturing Landing
Gear Division). |
2000 |
Set
up an anodizing line for engine casings and obtained certification
to anodize engine casings of 1.5 meters (60") in
diameter. |
2001 |
Set
up a production line and obtained certification for chemical
cleaning of aerospace engine casings. |
2003

Set
up an anodizing line that can anodize panels up to 3.6
meters by 1.2 meters (12'x4') size to support Diethelm
Keller Aviation. |

plating in support of aviation maintenance, repair and
